Infragate is designed with security as a fundamental priority. We implement robust measures to protect your data throughout its lifecycle. Customer data submitted through the platform is never retained, logged, or monitored by our systems.

Operational logs generated by your instances (both serverless and provisioned) are retained for a 14-day period to provide essential monitoring and observability capabilities. Any custom logging implemented through user-defined functions remains your responsibility.

All data transmissions, including data sources, server definitions, and tool configurations, are secured using encrypted channels and stored with server-side encryption. Access controls are governed by strict IAM policies based on the principle of least privilege.

While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If you believe your child provided us with Personal Data, please contact us to remove it.


Our Service may include links to external sites not operated by us.
